2. Product Definition

MockupAsia provides high-resolution mockup files (mainly PSD) for designers, creators, and businesses. All products are digital downloads only—no physical items will be shipped.

3. License Types

Each purchase includes a license for use. There are three main license types:

  • Standard License: Personal use and one commercial project for one client. Not for resale or redistribution.
  • Extended License: Use across multiple client projects, ads, or digital campaigns. No resale or sharing of source files.
  • Commercial License: For use in digital products for resale (e.g., e-books, apps, presentations). PSD files cannot be shared or resold as-is.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original PSD files.
  • Use mockups in AI-generated tools or datasets.
  • Use our products in offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected product(s).

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided.
In the rare case of file errors or technical issues, we offer full support, warranty, or file replacement to ensure proper access and usage.
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

7. Account and Access

You may create an account to track downloads. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including mockups, images, and designs, is owned by MockupAsia or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files according to your selected license.

9. Prohibited Behavior

You may not use this website to distribute malware, spam, or for any unlawful purpose. Any violation may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

MockupAsia is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. All files are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
